Entrain Studio produces rhythmic audio designed to influence your state of mind and reduce alertness. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy or any seizure history, do not use it without medical advice. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and makes no therapeutic claims. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
1. Acceptance
Entrain Studio is operated by Asan Digital LLC ("Asan Digital", "we", "us"). By using Entrain Studio you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What the service is
Entrain Studio is a browser-based tool for relaxation, focus, meditation, and self-exploration using brainwave-entrainment audio and guided sessions. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Monroe Institute®. The program's stages are a modern reconstruction for educational and wellness purposes; "Hemi-Sync®," "Gateway®," and the "Focus" level names are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced only to describe the tradition this program draws on.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Sign-in is handled by our provider via email link or Google.
5. Subscriptions, free trials & coupons
- Free tier: Day 1 of the program is available at no cost.
- Entrain Pro is a recurring subscription (currently $4.99/month) billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled.
- Free-trial coupon codes grant temporary Pro access for a stated period. Trials and coupons are promotional, may be limited or withdrawn, and one per person unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation: you may cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes don't affect the period you've already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering to redistribute the audio content, no reselling access, no attempts to breach security, and no unlawful use.
7. Intellectual property
The application, its original narration, audio engine, text, and design are owned by Asan Digital LLC and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Our tones are generated by our own engine and are not the proprietary Hemi-Sync® signals of any institute. "The Monroe Institute®," "Hemi-Sync®," "Gateway®," and the "Focus" level names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here nominatively for historical and educational reference only — no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will produce any particular subjective experience or result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asan Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the "last updated" date revised. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asan Digital LLC is organized (state of formation to be confirmed before launch), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
